Your data rights

Eventista Ltd, registered in England and Wales, is the controller for EventApp as described in the privacy policy. Privacy enquiries: admin@eventista.co.uk.

What you can ask for

• A copy of your personal data, and information about how we use it.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure, including deletion of an EventApp visitor or speaker account.
• Restriction or objection, including objection to direct marketing.
• A portable copy of data you provided, where the law gives you that right.
• Withdrawal of consent, where we rely on consent.

We respond within one month. We may need to confirm it is you. In the United Kingdom you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Delete an EventApp account

Visitors and speakers can delete their EventApp account on the account deletion page, including from inside the EventApp application. Lead Scanner accounts are issued offline and are closed by emailing us. They are not deleted from inside the scanner app.
