For help with EventApp or Lead Scanner, email admin@eventista.co.uk. Include the app you are using, the event name, and what you were trying to do.

Event questions about a ticket, agenda, or refund are handled by the event organiser. If you are at a show, the organiser’s team on site is the fastest route.

Accounts

EventApp visitor and speaker accounts can be deleted at Delete your account. Lead Scanner access is arranged with Eventista Ltd and is not created inside that app. To close a scanner, organiser, or exhibitor account, email the address above.
